These terms govern your use of the Drip app, website, waitlist, private closet memory, and Studio checks. By creating an account or using Drip, you agree to them.
Effective July 13, 2026
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If your region requires a higher age or parental authorization, that rule applies. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised.
What Drip provides
Drip provides closet organization, private style memory, purchase checks, outfit feedback, and related AI-assisted features. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the product develops.
Drip's suggestions are informational and subjective. They are not professional, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for purchases, clothing choices, and real-world decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, prompts, closet records, and other content you submit. You grant Drip a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, resize, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Avoid images or information about other people unless you have their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Drip to violate law or another person's rights; upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content; probe or bypass security; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; impersonate others; or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or Drip, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
AI results and availability
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. Similar inputs may produce different outputs. Review results before relying on them, and use feedback controls to help Drip improve.
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or error-free output. Keep independent copies of content you cannot afford to lose.
Drip property
Drip and its licensors retain rights in the app, site, visual identity, software, models, copy, and service content, excluding your content. These terms do not grant permission to use Drip branding or copy the service.
Ending use
You may stop using Drip at any time and delete your account in the app. We may terminate or suspend access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or discontinuation of the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—continue after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Law, changes, and contact
Applicable law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that must apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these terms as Drip changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required. Continuing to use Drip after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
